Orders sent via Royal Mail are always sent on their Royal Mail 48 service. Once we dispatch your order, we lose all control over it – it’s completely up to Royal Mail to honour the service. In the last year or so there have been a lot of major postal strikes, and there continue to be serious delays on a local and regional level – such as at primary sorting centers. Please allow up to 8 working days before you get in touch with us asking where your order is. Royal Mail require at least 10 working days to have passed before they will even investigate it. Please remember that we can only see the same information as you on the tracking portal and do not have any other insight. Please remember that we are just a small brand that works incredibly hard to be able to dispatch 90% of orders the next day – our staff should not receive abuse for failures in the Royal Mail network.
