Orders sent via Royal Mail are always sent on their Royal Mail 48 service, with a delivery confirmation number. This is because step-by-step tracking costs up to £6 and was only used by around 1% of customers when we did offer that as a service.
International orders are sent on a 7-15 business day service, which would be 21 calendar days. The orders leave us, in the UK, and then go into the international mail network. They have to pass through a lot of distribution hubs, airports, companies,
